0-100 stress score
Components are normalized to a 0-100 stress scale before being combined into the headline score.
Methodology
FUD Index is designed to answer whether crypto markets are calm, greedy, fragile, fearful, or panicking right now, and why. Higher values mean higher fear, uncertainty, volatility, leverage stress, liquidation pressure, and risk-off behavior.
Components are normalized to a 0-100 stress scale before being combined into the headline score.
Volatility, leverage proxies, open interest proxies, liquidation proxies, momentum, breadth, dominance, and stablecoin share each contribute.
FUD Index is a crypto market stress dashboard. High readings mean higher stress, not higher optimism.
